A serious mission.

Losing weight. Get a well-shaped body. I know, I know, everytime pun I cakap benda yang sama. But this one, I mean it. Totally mean it. Why?, because the alternative is impossible and costly.

Saya makin gemuk. I realized that. I eat like I never meet foods before. And I don't exercise at all. The only exercise I have is walking from Sakura to CLS and climbing 3 floor stairs (nak jgk kira exercise). Compared to what I've eat, it doesn't give any effect at all.

I never weighed anymore. The last time I weigh in I was 50 kg. Now I don't know my own weight, but I'm sure enough its more than 50kg. Oh.. my.. god..

Salah satu sebab nya saya nak mengurangkan lemak2 di badan, ergh.. ini sungguh memalukan. Tapi no other option.

emmm.. baju dah tak muat =.="takla sampai jadi sarung nangka, tapi nampak jugakla bdn yang membesar (jangan salah faham, I x pregnant ok..) Nak beli whole wardrobe baru time kepokaian ni agakla mustahil, jadi kuruskan badan is better plus healthy.. tapi masa kurang kelas ni, kurang jugak kawan kt UNIMAS, nak ajak main basketball pun tak lalu..

tapi takpe. next week, kursus induksi then Majlis Aluan Pelajar. Jadi Liaison officer macam sibuk. Ke sana, ke mari.. so adala gak mencairkan lemak2.. ehehehhehe...

p/s: Serius, mesti korang terkejut I post dalam BM dan BI yang tunggang terbalik. hehehe.. Dasar malas nak fikir panjang2 masa tulis ayat.. hehehhe
